What to include

• device model and iOS or iPadOS version
• GlucoTrail version and build number if visible
• selected language and primary unit
• whether the issue affects an entry, chart, Apple Health, widget, reminder, or CSV export
• brief reproduction steps and a screenshot with unnecessary health data removed

GlucoTrail support does not provide medical advice. Do not send health data unless it is necessary to explain a technical issue.

Notifications depend on app permission and iOS or iPadOS settings. A saved schedule may remain inactive until notifications are enabled.

Apple Health is optional. Blood Glucose permissions can be reviewed or revoked in the Health app or system Settings; the rest of GlucoTrail remains usable without them.
