Your glucose journal. Clear and private.
GlucoTrail is a free journal for values you measure with a separate glucose meter or sensor. Record meal context, see both common units, set neutral reminders, and—if you choose—keep manual entries in Apple Health.
Free version 1.0 (build 3) is available to download from the App Store.

Details
A private journal for everyday use
GlucoTrail records, organizes, and converts values entered by the user. It does not measure glucose, connect to a meter or sensor, interpret results, or provide medical advice.
Manually record values measured with a separate glucose meter or sensor, including date, time, and an optional note.
Choose mg/dL or mmol/L as your primary unit and see the converted value in the other unit beside every entry.
Label entries as fasting, before a meal, after a meal, or another context.
Create neutral reminders for selected days and times, marked for before or after a meal.
Optionally save the value, time, and meal context of manual entries to Apple Health; notes, reminders, and settings are never included.
See your latest entry and dayline in a widget that displays only data previously created by GlucoTrail.
Review your journal and history chart, search notes, and export your own data as CSV. The interface is available in English, German, and Polish.

A journal, not a medical device
GlucoTrail records, organizes, and converts values entered by the user. It does not measure glucose, connect to a meter or sensor, interpret results, or provide medical advice.
- Unit conversion uses the factor 1 mmol/L = 18.0182 mg/dL; the app also keeps the value and unit entered by the user.
- Charts and history are a neutral presentation of manually entered data, without range assessment, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
- Discuss measurement schedules, target values, medication, and insulin decisions with a qualified healthcare professional.
